2003-08 F-150 Models
The smooth exterior styling, trim levels, power-train, and cab styles were an improvement of 2003-08 F-150 over the previous pickups. Engines included a 4.6-L V8, 4.2-L V6, and 5.4-L V8 versions.
In 1998, crew cab body style and King Ranch trim were added and Harley-Davidson edition was released in 2000.

Used 2009-10 Ford F150
2009 F-150 was completely redesigned in terms of its styling, slab-sided body, and tall front end. Ford’s Sync system added in F150 allows voice control over mobile phones, navigation system became available, as did audio system and back-up camera. For safety, it added electronically controlled stability system, and more number of airbags.
